More InfoEast Fork Creek STAThe East Fork Creek basin, upstream of the project, contains portions of Heritage Ridge, Seabranch and Poinciana Gardens. The project proposes a 700 foot long Stormwater Treatment Area and a 1500 foot long lake within an unopened right-of-way and FDOT Laterial Ditch to provide treatment. Phase 2: Septic to sewer conversion, Wi-Fi, 50 amp RV electrical service, stabilizing 500 feet of shore line, increasing number of RV electric sites from 24 to 101, new fishing pier/floating boat dock.
